crelve ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile application "Luna Cycle" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Health Data (Stored on Device Only)

The following data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• Menstrual cycle dates (period start/end)
• Symptoms and mood entries
• Flow level records
• Cycle predictions and statistics

1.2 Automatically Collected Information (via Third-Party Services)

• Device information (device type, OS version)
• App usage analytics (feature usage frequency, screen views)
• Crash logs and error reports
• Advertising identifiers (for ad personalization, with your consent)

2. How We Use Information

The automatically collected information is used solely for:

1. Improving the App's performance and stability
2. Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features
3. Displaying relevant advertisements (free version)

3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

1. With your explicit consent
2. When required by law
3. With the third-party service providers listed above, solely for the stated purposes

5. Data Storage and Security

All health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not maintain any external database of user health information. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Deletion: Since all health data is on your device, you have complete control. Delete the App to remove all data.
• Ad Tracking: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
• Analytics: You can limit analytics collection through your device privacy settings.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. App Tracking Transparency

On devices running iOS 14.5 or later, we will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites. You can still use all basic features of the App even if you do not allow tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. The updated policy takes effect when posted on this page.
