These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Luna Cycle" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding the use of the App.
Luna Cycle is a menstrual cycle tracking application that provides the following features:
All data is stored exclusively on your device. No account registration is required.
All health and cycle data entered into the App is stored locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal health data on external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your device data.
The App offers a one-time premium purchase ("Lifetime Premium") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
You shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the App:
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the App without prior notice if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:
The App is designed as a personal health tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The predictions and data provided by the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of cycle predictions or ovulation estimates. These are based on statistical calculations from user-entered data and may not reflect actual physiological conditions.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.
We may change, add, or discontinue the content of the App with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.
We may change these Terms without notice when we deem it necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted in the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the courts having jurisdiction over our head office location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Luna Cycle」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に同意いただいた上で、本アプリをご利用いただきます。
本規約は、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。
Luna Cycleは、以下の機能を提供する生理周期管理アプリケーションです。
全てのデータはユーザーの端末にのみ保存されます。アカウント登録は不要です。
本アプリに入力された健康・周期データは、ユーザーの端末にのみローカル保存されます。当社はユーザーの個人的な健康データを外部サーバーに収集、送信、保存することは一切ありません。端末データのバックアップはユーザーの責任となります。
本アプリは、追加機能を解放する買い切り型のプレミアム購入（「ライフタイムプレミアム」）を提供しています。全ての購入はApple App Store経由で処理され、Appleの利用規約に従います。返金のご要望はAppleにお問い合わせください。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本アプリの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
本アプリは個人的な健康管理ツールとして設計されており、医学的助言、診断、治療を提供するものではありません。本アプリが提供する予測やデータは、専門的な医学的助言の代わりとして使用すべきではありません。健康上の懸念がある場合は、必ず医療提供者にご相談ください。
当社は、周期予測や排卵推定の正確性を保証しません。これらはユーザーが入力したデータに基づく統計的計算であり、実際の生理学的状態を反映していない場合があります。
当社は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意又は重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
当社は、ユーザーへの事前の告知をもって、本アプリの内容を変更、追加または廃止することがあり、ユーザーはこれを承諾するものとします。
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本アプリに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
